Types of LNB Products

Ball Bearings: Ball bearings are mechanical parts that utilizes spherical rolling elements (steel or ceramic balls) to reduce friction in rotating parts. They can transfer the sliding friction to rolling friction, so the energy loss will be significantly reduced. Ball bearings have many advantages, like low coefficient of friction, compact design, simple maintenance, etc. However, their load-carrying capacity is lower compared to roller bearings.

Angular Contact Ball Bearings: Angular contact ball bearings are designed to withstand simultaneous radial and axial loads. The angular contact ball bearings’ structure has inner and outer rings that form a specific angle with the bearing axis, this angular named the contact angle. The contact angle is generally 15°, 25°, or 40°, and if the contact angle is larger, the load capacity is larger. The contact angle is smaller, and the rotation speed is faster.
Common angular contact ball bearings are divided into two types: single-row and double-row. They are widely used in machine tool spindles, automotive transmission systems, aerospace equipment, etc., high-precision applications.

Roller Bearings: Roller bearings are mechanical elements that utilizes rollers (cylindrical, tapered, needle, or others) to support loads and rotation. Their rollers and inner and outer ring raceways are in line contact, the contact area is large, so can withstand higher radial or axial loads. Roller bearings are designed to optimize adaptation to compound loads by means of roller shape and arrangement (e.g. single row, double row or staggered arrangement).
Roller bearings have the advantages of high load carrying capacity and impact resistance, but due to their large contact area between the rollers and raceways, the friction coefficient is large, so their limiting speed is low.

Self Aligning Bearings: Spherical bearings are a type of bearing that can automatically adjust the misalignment between the shaft and housing and are mainly used to cope with misalignment caused by mounting errors or shaft deflection.
Spherical bearings are usually divided into spherical ball bearings and spherical roller bearings of two types, of which spherical ball bearings are mostly used for low friction, low load occasions; and spherical roller bearings because of higher load carrying capacity and impact resistance, more suitable for heavy load equipment.

Thrust Bearings: Thrust bearings are a type of bearing that is designed to carry axial loads. They are utilized mainly to limit axial displacement and provide stable support to facilitate proper equipment function.
Depending on the type of rolling element, the thrust bearings can be categorized as thrust ball bearings and thrust roller bearings. The thrust ball bearings are utilized for lower axial loads and higher speeds; while the thrust roller bearings have greater load-carrying capacity and can support higher loads and low speeds.

Ceramic Bearings: Ceramic bearings’ performance is better than ordinary bearings overall. Because ceramic bearings have multiple advantages: wear resistance, corrosion resistance, high-temperature resistance, lightweight, oil-free self-lubrication, etc.
These characteristics make ceramic bearings very suitable for kinds of extreme working conditions, such as high temperature, high speed, strong corrosive environment, and vacuum environment.

Stainless Steel Bearings: Stainless steel bearings have excellent corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and high mechanical strength, etc, advantages. Compared with traditional steel bearings, stainless steel bearings show longer service life and more stable performance in high humidity, chemicals, or marine environments. So they are widely used in food processing, medical equipment, the chemical industry, water treatment, and so on.

Mounted Bearings: The mounted bearings are also named bearing units, or block pillows. Their structure is a bearing assembly pre-installed in a fixed sea, which is specially designed to help the machines simplify installation and maintenance.
The mounted bearings can withstand radial loads and certain axial loads effectively, And it has a really great advantage that can automatically align to a certain extent to adapt to the mechanical equipment’s axial or radial deviation.
Using: Fans, pumps, conveyor belts, agricultural machinery, etc.

Crossed Roller Bearings: Crossed roller bearings’ raceways of the inner and outer rings are cross-arranged, and the rollers are staggered at right angles between the inner and outer rings, thereby improving the bearings’ rigidity and load capacity.
The advantages of crossed roller bearings are a lot. Such as high-precision, low-friction, and so on. It usually uses cross-arranged rollers for support and this type of bearing is widely used in applications that require high precision, high rigidity, and compact structure, such as robot joints, optical equipment medical instruments, etc.

Slewing Ring Bearings: Slewing Ring Bearings are a type of bearings that are used to support. Its structure consists of inner and outer rings, rolling elements (balls or rollers), and cages. They are designed to withstand large loads and torques. The rolling elements between the inner and outer rings help share the load while providing smooth rotational motion.
Slewing ring bearings have excellent stability, durability, and low friction characteristics, and they can accept large-angle rotation. They are widely used in large machinery and structures such as cranes, excavators, wind turbines, radar equipment, etc.

Sheet Metal Fabrication:Sheet metal parts are parts or products processed from sheet metal (usually less than 6mm thick) through cutting, stamping, bending, welding, assembling and other processes, and are widely used in automobile manufacturing, electronic equipment, communication cabinets, aerospace, household appliances and other industries.
Common sheet metal materials include cold rolled steel sheet (SPCC), galvanized steel sheet (SGCC), stainless steel, aluminum sheet, copper sheet, etc. The selection of different materials depends on the needs of specific application scenarios, such as corrosion resistance, strength requirements and processing performance.

Gear Reducers: Gear reducer is a power control device with multi-stage gear meshing as the core, adopting modular integrated design, compatible with multiple power sources and realising electromechanical synergy, supporting horizontal, vertical, and customized angular mounting, and adapting to the spatial layout of complex working conditions. Gear reducer significantly improves the transmission efficiency and bearing strength through the optimization of precision tooth shape and strengthened heat treatment process, and has the characteristics of low vibration and long service life, which significantly reduces the operation and maintenance costs.
